Currently the ruby version in the app is 3.0.2 which is no longer under active maintenance, the rails version is 7.0.2 which is still under maintenance but is approaching its end-of-life as of April 1, 2025. This commit updates the ruby version to 3.4.1 and the rails version to 7.2.2.
