The 'Add to AdGuard' links for the Nuremberg server incorrectly use 'root.hagezi.org' in the name parameter instead of 'wurzn.hagezi.org'. This should be updated for consistency with the server address.

There are unnecessary angle brackets (< and >) in some of the DNS-over-HTTPS URLs (lines 1251, 1259, 1267) which will cause formatting issues in the rendered markdown. These should be removed.
