I originally put this into Ada Gold. My apologies!
I think I met baseline - please see my comment in account.rb. I also did the optional assignments in all three waves, but failed to successfully merge the account number with the owner number using that CSV. I couldn't figure out how to get those to sync up. I did not use any gems.
