The .bat files for starting the demo used a path starting with ../../../ and did not work the second time I installed the demo code. I removed the parent directory references and added validation code that informed the user if he or she was not working in the correct directory, ie, the top level of the project repo. I added language to the demo instruction file to tell the user which directory is the correct one.

When opening Sif3Framework.sln in Visual Studio 2015, there was an error message. I added a note to explain how to make the project open in 2015.

…evised the scripts and documentation so that the scripts run correctly in the project parent directory
…in Visual Studio 2015. The fix is easy and this documents it.
