Bug Fixes

1. Fixed threading problem where sometimes the program wouldn't close fully and would run in background. Requiring the user to have to close through task manager
2. Fixed wallpaper not being set back correctly when app not placed in folder named "WallpaperGaming" on desktop - NOTE: This fix was not applied to the compiled version!

Other

1. Cleaned code adding proper function self documentation
2. Fixed compiled exe and main code file's tkinter window title to be "WallpaperGaming v10" NOT "WallpaperGaming v9"

Working on / Needs work on

1. Background changing back to what is was beforehand. (Only sometimes works)
