Employee Retention Prediction

An end-to-end Machine Learning project, built for Human Resource Department of an XYZ Organization, for predicting whether an employee will stay in the organization or not. RESTful endpoints created for training and batch predicting .csv files. Flask Web App created for single instance prediction.
