Summary

  • add configurable news ingestion defaults in the model config schema and documentation
  • implement a NewsDataSource plus DataLoader integration to merge headlines into price data for sentiment
  • expand sentiment processing to handle missing text and add tests covering news merge and sentiment scoring

  • make lint
  • make test
