This fixes the regex which finds the CSRF token, which broke after the auth server was updated 26 Jan 2019.

This fixes the regex which finds the CSRF token, which broke, after the auth server was updated around 26 Jan 2019. The auth server began sending the CSRF token as
<meta name='csrf-token' value='abc'>instead of the syntactically identical<meta value='abc' name='csrf-token'>. Rearranged the regex to reflect this.
