- switch to toggle intervals on/off (50% and 95%)
- vertical confidence intervals (hospitalization)
- horizontal confidence intervals (date)
- switches x-axis (date) plotting to be the median of the pmf rather than the mode
(we use an intentional irregular whitespace in InfoOverlay.jsx)
Add disclaimer to the bottom of all plots about validity of data
