Previous script used xconv as an intermediate stage, new script is pure python from UM fields file to netCDF gridinfo file.
Update script to reflect mistakes in STASH The STASHmaster_A file provided mislabels the snow fields. The fields labelled "SNOW TEMPERATURE LAYER X" are actually "SNOW DEPTH LAYER X".

Overview
Adds scripts to create a gridinfo file to initialise a CABLE run to the same conditions as if it were in the ACCESS-ESM1.5 model. By default, the conversion is performed using the
/g/data/vk83/configurations/inputs/access-esm1p5/modern/pre-industrial/restart/atmosphere/PI-02.astart-01010101UM fields file, with the STASHmaster at/g/data/rp23/experiments/2024-03-12_CABLE4-dev/lw5085/CABLE-as-ACCESS/STASHmaster_Aas the reference stash.Note that the STASH contains at least one error in the labeling of the snow fields. See the README for details on the error.
The gridinfo file has been used in a sample run, but I cannot comment on the scientific validity of said run. The gridinfo file will be tested with the ACCESS-ESM meteorology.
