Added basic functionality to be able to align a scaffold to a supplied data in the scaffold creator. This feature only updates the visual settings, instead of the coordinate fields.
The feature is added as a 'auto align' button in Scaffold Settings
And create a window prompt with three possible scenarios:
The feature automatically aligns both markers and groups if possible. It is possible to add extra buttons to select if the alignment can be done only based on markers/groups, but I am keeping the scope small for now.
