Summary
Generate metadata for reader pages, including title, description, and a dynamically generated OpenGraph image. To start, the image has the 84000 logo, work title, and Tohoku number(s). But it is a react component and can be fully customized. Links should now unfurl nicely.

Because the metadata is generated at build time, it is not sensitive to Tohoku number parameters. It displays the title and description stored in the
workstable, and it lists all Tohoku numbers.
