This PR sets RPATH to
$ORIGINfor webOS, so it loads library in the same directoryopenttdprogram placed.Also the build script now copies
libstdc++.so.6to the directory whereopenttdlocated, so it has higher precedence over the system one. Whilelibcurl.so.4is still inlibdirectory, which becomes fallback only whenlibcurl.so.5exists whilelibcurl.so.4not.Compatibility tool looks happy now!
