This PR migrates the application from Express.js to Fastify. It involves replacing dependencies, rewriting the server initialization in index.js, and converting all route handlers to Fastify plugins. The migration preserves key functionalities including WebSocket support (Socket.IO), Wisp proxy integration, static file serving with extensionless URL support, and API endpoints for auth, chat, and messaging.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 14952912337276697232 started by @RedNotSus

- Replaced `express` with `fastify` and related plugins (`@fastify/static`, `@fastify/cors`, `@fastify/formbody`).
- Updated `index.js` to initialize Fastify server, manage static files (with extensionless fallback), and handle `upgrade` events for Wisp/Socket.IO.
- Converted all route modules in `routes/` to Fastify plugins.
- Updated request/response handling in routes to use Fastify's API (`reply.send`, `reply.code`).
- Preserved existing logic for WebSocket integration and Proxy streaming.
