Map Action Mobile is a mobile application designed to allow citizens to report incidents in real-time. Users can capture a photo of the incident, and optionally add a title, description, a 5-second video, and an audio recording. Geolocation is enabled for accurate location tracking.
Once an incident is reported, our AI-powered prediction model is immediately triggered to analyze the incident type, potential impact, context, and suggest possible solutions.
Citizens can track the status of their reported incidents directly within the app.
- Incident Reporting: Users can report incidents by capturing photos, adding a title and optionally description, short video, and audio recording.
- Real-time Geolocation: Incidents are automatically geolocated to provide accurate information about where they occurred.
- AI-powered Prediction: The AI model detects the type of incident, assesses potential impact, and provides recommendations for resolution.
- Incident Tracking: Users can track the progress and status of their reported incidents within the app.
To use the app, you need to sign up for an account with your email and password. Once registered, you can log in to access all features.
- Capture a photo of the incident.
- (Optional) Add a title
- Add description.
- (Optional) Record a 5-second video and/or an audio message.
- Submit the report to our servers, where it will be geolocated and processed.
- After submitting an incident, you can track its status in the My Reports section.
- You'll receive updates as the incident progresses through different stages: In Progress, Taken Into Account, Resolved.
Organizations and users can collaborate on incidents. If an organization has taken over an incident, it can invite other organizations or users for joint resolution.
- Collaboration Requests: Users receive notifications when collaboration requests are sent.
- Accepting Collaboration: The original incident reporter can approve collaboration requests, after which notifications will be sent to both parties.
We take user privacy seriously. All reported data, including photos, videos, and geolocations, are securely stored and protected.
Map Action Mobile can operate in offline mode. Users can still report incidents without an internet connection, and the data will be synchronized once connectivity is restored.

- More detailed incident tracking dashboards.
You can report incidents offline, and they will be automatically synced when you reconnect to the internet.
If an organization has taken over an incident, you can request to collaborate through the app. You'll receive a notification if your collaboration request is accepted.
