Release v3.5.1 (Runs in System Tray)

Includes latest commits from official repo and runs in system tray with corrected arrows in right click context menu.

Thanks to @truelecter for system tray code adjustments (LorenzCK#63).

Install official release and replace OnTopReplica.exe from this release.
