CLI_Timer V1.14
Scramble output takes up ⅓ of the terminal (horizontally) and average is on the right.
Move the code/logic for outputting to another file.
Fixed a bug if something was of length 0.
Uses std::stringstream instead of std::string for moves.
added \make (un)?install\.
