Moves forms into React for easier interaction design. Currently only set up for uncontrolled components to make integrating with Flask easier, but the part of this that deals with rules will need to use controlled components. Currently noodling on how to best set that up to work with Flask, though I'm thinking the API should make it fairly straightforward...
