🧬 Environment

This marketing SPA only needs public, non-secret endpoints.
Environment variables (Vite import.meta.env.*) are read at build time.

Current variables (see .env):

Notes:

• These are PUBLIC: do not place secrets in VITE_ prefixed vars (they are bundled).
• Override locally by creating .env.local (git‑ignored by default if you add it to .gitignore):

  VITE_BACKEND_URL="https://localhost:8787"
  VITE_TOR_BACKEND_URL="http://exampleonion.onion"

• Access in code: const base = import.meta.env.VITE_BACKEND_URL;
• Changing values requires a rebuild (bun run dev auto picks up restarts).

If env vars are absent, app should gracefully no-op any network feature (keep purely static).

• Keep page shells lean; collocate animations with component usage
• Reusable marketing slices live under feature components
• Internal nav: Button asChild + <Link>
• External links: plain <a>
• No runtime env needed (pure SPA marketing)
