[Feature Request] record customized time interval in cache files in .ctimer

Is your feature request related to a problem?

A user may like to use customized time interval of their preference, and they may not want to change it manually everytime.

Describe the solution you'd like

Store the customized time interval under ~/.ctimer folder. Many parameters could be saved as a yaml file (including the path to databases.)
