I noticed two bad German translations in The Forgotten Age in The Depths of Yoth. The text reads
Überprüfe Kampagnennotizen. ob Die Ermittler haben das verschwundene Relikt gefunden.
I tried to fix the translation but I'm running into a problem here. Usually, the phrase to note something in the campaign log is
Im Kampagnenlogbuch wird notiert: Die Ermittler haben das verschwundene Relikt gefunden.
But when querying if something has been noted, we would use
Überprüfe im Kampagnenlogbuch, ob die Ermittler das verschwundene Relikt gefunden haben.
So the problem is that in German the word order differs when storing a property and when querying it (English does not have this issue since the word order does not change there).
