[Bug] Two entries for Control at Rules

Bug Description

• Two different entries for Control at Rules
• Unparsed HTML at the second Control entry
• Second Control entry contains rules about "cards with the permanent keyword"

To Reproduce

Go to Settings. Under the Cards section, tap Rules. Scroll down to the entries for Control.

Additional Inquiry

Is the second Control entry an addendum to Ownership and Control, an addendum to Permanent, or an entirely new entry?

It was added in a recent FAQ, but I got the title wrong. I should be "Controlling and Attaching Permanent Cards"
