Bottler's clamp can be seen underneath when activated

Describe the issue
When the bottler creates a new jar, the clamp goes to the block underneath and can be seen if the block where the bottler stands on is transparent or air

To Reproduce

1. build a fluid tank and fill it with liquid
2. attach a bottler and leave air below
3. activate the bottler
