Redstone link not working after installing create factory logistics

Describe the issue

With create factory logisticis installed:

Without create factory logisticis installed(pure create):

Redstone link should fire up when there's an exccess amount of items.

To Reproduce
Have a factory gauge set so that the item it monitors overflows, observe that the redstone link connected to it doesn't get a redstone signal.

Tested on neoforge 1.21.1, create 0.6.9 nad create factory logistics 1.4.9

Bug introduced in 1.4.9(the first release that requires create 0.6.9).

Echoing this bug. Not only do redstone links not work, all visual indications point to gauges not correctly identifying when an item is at or over the threshold set. While no packages are requested to continue recipes that are "In progress", the gauge displays as though it is actively attempting to craft/create the item it is monitoring, whether through input lines or the HUD text shown when hovering over the gauge.
