Missing @types/react-latex

The types for this package are needed for Typescript support. @ts-ignore can be added as a workaround to avoid warnings when using this package inside typescript files. But it would be great if I don't have to do that and have some awesome type completion.

@rabinadk1 I couldn't find a good option for Typescript either. A lot of these packages don't seem to be very maintained. So, I wrote one here with a live demo here.
