Red/Blue: Add map for gate with thirsty guard

I have encountered a gate with a thirsty guard with doors at the east and west that is not in the map. This is either the gate between Saffron and Route 8, or between Saffron and Route 7. Both of those seem to be missing from the "Gates" map.

I didn't add those gates to the tracker because they only have 1 entrance and 1 exit. Same with first floor of Pokémon tower

That is true, but the presence of the guard means these gates are not immediately available to pass through. I think it would be useful to have these gates in the tracker in case the player needs to return to check the opposite side after obtaining the item that allows passage.
