[installers] install_disable-keyboard.sh - broken internal script

Currently (as of `v1.1.0`) the created script `$HOME/disable-keyboard.sh` is non-functional, and I don't want to fix it because that sounds hard. 

I get the error (on Debian 11 with user `root`) 
```
unable to find device --id-only
Device 'AT Translated Set 2 keyboard' not found. 
```

The solution manually works like a charm. 

Fix it, but like, low priority.
