`/list_links` can fail if there is a very large number of links or very long product names

If /list_links output is more than 4096 characters it will fail. This behavior is both known and by design, as I deemed it unlikely this would happen under normal use and it's not trivial to fix except by sending multiple messages, which may require some thought to avoid risking ratelimiting issues.

If you have a large number of product/role links and experience /list_links failing, please let me know here in the comments.

Due to /list_links using the product cache now, this issue is partially mitigated as product name length is clamped to 100 characters. However, product versions may also now be listed. With ~40 max-length names it'd be easy to exceed the 4096 character limit.
