[Feature Request] Multi Language Support

The app should contain several languages for better usability.
These could be, but are not limited to, English, German, French or Spanish.

BetterRaid should be able to recognize the current system language and set the language of the app accordingly, otherwise a fallback/default language will be used.  

There should also be an option in the settings to select the preferred language.
