modify linux install instructions to use Python venv

Please merge the linux install instructions with the Python venv instruction and remove the break-system-packages option

Thanks! I see for upcoming stable8 you need to change PYTHONPATH depending on the python version:
export PYTHONPATH=/home/pi/Domoticz_Python_Environment/lib/python3.11/site-packages/:$PYTHONPATH

This seems unlogical and gives issues when upgrading to a new OS... Is there something to simplify here?

@waltervl you are correct, this is confusing but this is the correct way. PYTHONPATH must point to the place python modules are available, and not to the VENV root.

So I'm afraid that there is no way to simplify.

The only thing, is that I'll continue to support the 2 ways (pro stable8, and from stable8)

We need to start Domoticz differently.

What about other plugins that use Python modules and need to be installed in a venv? Do they also need to change the PYTHONPATH to the real location and not the venv path?

I would strongly recommend all other plugin to use VIRTUAL_ENV instead of PYTHONPATH
VIRTUAL_ENV is the right way to do
