Set up Travis CI

Tests currently do not pass, not even sure the last time they were run :-(

Want to set up CI system so that commits can be evaluated against passing the tests.

@zief0002 , could you enable Travis CI for this project?

1. Go to https://travis-ci.org/auth and give Travis CI authorization to sync to your Github account.
2. Once you're in, go to https://travis-ci.org/profile and enable Travis for the QME repository.
