Can I use chinese dataset like aishell to generate label? is the force alignment perform well on chinese speech?

Of course!

We have tested our methods only on English. For forced alignments specifically, we used the Montreal Forced Aligner. I believe that it can be used for chinese as well (https://github.com/lars76/forced-alignment-chinese)
