Merge with diablomedia/zf1

In the same vein as #25, I'm wondering if all these projects wouldn't benefit from being merged altogether ?

It's unclear what their changes are and what is their intention.

But looks like they have a separate repo for each component, for example:

• https://github.com/diablomedia/zf1-application/releases

so it would be huge work to compare changes across the repositories.

their first release is rather old: 27 Mar 2018, might even preceed zf1s, zf1s first release as monorepo is 23 May 2019:

• https://github.com/zf1s/zf1/releases/tag/1.13.0-rc.1

but zf1s had prior work before monorepo, and it itself has forked from zf1:

• https://github.com/zf1

which owner did not intend to maintain it besides package split:

• disable require once call zf1/zend-application#2 (comment)
• PHP-functions each() and create_function() have been deprecated zendframework/zf1#747 (comment)

but the zf1 seems to originate from 2014 or even earlier:

also, there's changelog for zf1s/zf1, but no dates of earlier releases:

@falkenhawk perhaps you write history and dates to this repo files, for posterity.

@glensc Yeah, but it is actually broken with PHP 7.0 so I had to discard it very quickly 😞

Other than that, this fork seems to be strong,

• are using up to date tools like phpunit 9, phpstan, etc.
• is decoupled in different composer packages if one want to reduce / tailor the vendor folder footprint related to zend (is not the recommended way per the README say but 🤷 )
• has a changelog
• I don't see any zf1-extras/zendx support though
• is used by at least 3 other projects - https://github.com/diablomedia/zf1/network/dependents
• has somewhat a healthy activity if you look at the pull requests, only 1 open and multiple were closed / merged recently and related to automatic dependency management - https://github.com/diablomedia/zf1/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed
