Basic info

Hashtags (example – #topic) can be used to set topics / categories for posts.

Users will benefit from ability to follow any desired topic.

Proposed changes

• Detect hashtags in posts body.
• Allow user to filter posts by hashtags.
• Allow user to follow hashtags.

detecting hashtags has to be done in client before posting 'cause otherwise filtering would be too slow and following couldn't be realistically implemented
