Installation fail due to Cython 3

Describe the bug
The installation process fail.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run command bash -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/zerodayyy/spotcli/main/install.sh)"
2. See error

Expected behavior
SpotCli tool installed successfully.

Stick Cython older than version 3.

Hey! Looks like this is a known upstream issue with PyYAML which is a dependency for this project: yaml/pyyaml#601
