Error with cygwin DLL

Does anyone know why or how to fix this error?
fatal error - cygheap base mismatch detected - 0x12D1408/0x1261408.
This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL.

what's the context of cygwin's use in this case? like, are you running python under it or just launching openOutpaint in its shell instead of cmd/powershell or something? i haven't even had it installed in years so i genuinely don't have a clue what could be occurring here or why; openOutpaint's really just an HTML/JS locally-hosted webpage :/

Ok strange. Not sure. I just run the automatic1111 and tried to install the open outpaint extension and this is the error I get when opening the webui for automatic.
