Add view_uri setting, similar to edit_uri #77

The repo_url and edit_uri setting allow to provide a button in the documentation that directly takes the user to an editor where the current viewed page is open for edits, making it trivial to enable drive-by contributions. Zensical also supports a "view source" button, which replaces part of the computed edit_url, as inherited from Material for MkDocs. However, this only works reliably for GitHub. We should allow to add further opportunities of interaction like a view_uri, and potentially more, moving away from hacks and inference.
