More flexible defaults for Markdown extensions

Description

Currently, Zensical sets a set of default Markdown extensions to make it easy to get started. However, if authors want to add more extensions, they need to copy the entire default. It should be possible to allow enabling or disabling certain extensions and keep the defaults at the same time. We will go one step further and extend this possibility to all configuration, once we'll work on the configuration proposal as mentioned on our roadmap.
