Exact phrase weighting and/or syntax for search #69

When searching for multiple terms, Disco should rank results that occur sequentially (or in proximity) higher than results that contain those terms spaced apart. Additionally, we might consider adding a syntax for only searching for exact phrases, filtering out all matches where terms do not occur sequentially. Immediate questions:
- What happens if words occur sequentially but not in the right order?
- What happens if terms are interspersed with stopwords (= filtered out tokens)
