Support exclude_docs and draft_docs settings in mkdocs.yml #65

Zensical does not support those settings, as we decided to think about the mechanics of excluding documentation files and drafts as part of a proposal before implementing them. This backlog item tracks support for the settings as set in mkdocs.yml, which should map to Zensical's configuration.
