Do we really need import instructions?

In zen, we always refer by full name - why do we need to do imports?
That was borrowed from Clojure, but looks like in zen we can relax it.

Contr-example: import turns on a namespace (ie forced to load it).
Contr-contr-examp: we can do auto-import at the first occurrence of namespaced reference.
