Close window keyboard shortcut no longer works #12871

- I have searched existing issues and avoided creating duplicates.
- I am not filing an enhancement request.
- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
Something must have happened within the last couple Twilight builds, because now the close window shortcut (Default - Ctrl+Shift+W) fails to function at all when it previously did.
I have tried changing this to other alternate mappings as well, and it fails no matter what the mapping is set to... I have also double checked that there are no other system settings specific to my system that could infere with this (not that I have changed anything within the timeframe since the function in Zen was last working anyhow)... and like I mentioned above, it was working just fine and now has stopped out of nowhere.
Expected behavior
Current window is closed.
Actual behavior
Nothing happens and the current window stays open.
Steps to reproduce
- Open multiple windows in Zen
- Attempt to close current (focused) window using the default keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+W)
- Observe window failing to close
