Move more packages from Brewfile onto images #277
Description
Consider moving more packages that are currently in the Brewfile to instead be included directly in the images, and use Homebrew moreso just for user-added extras. Possibly deprecate our included Brewfile, too. This will provide the Zeliblue CLI experience OOTB, as well as making it possible to have it on future ARM images where Homebrew isn't yet available.
