For some reason, the newer versions of DaVinci Resolve Studio place the license files in /opt/resolve/.license, which is not (and shouldn't normally be) writable by users, hence the activation fails.
If you chown that directory to your user, the activation should complete:

sudo chown $USER /opt/resolve/.license

The issue was also reported on this installer repo: leinardi/JDInstaller#26

Nope,I tried it,But It is not work for me, I think I need to change to vanilla Fedora KDE to use it.
