Improvement - Staked Token Distribution

**Motivation**

The tools built for devs into the Z Combinator app to manage their token emissions rely solely on vanilla tokens. Its not trivial to view holders of or distribute staked tokens.

**Solution**

Edit the UI to track both non staked and staked token holdings in the dev view for a token, and allow the dev to easily transfer stake tokens as rewards for users.
