Window split horizontally not working

I see windows split vertically is working, but not horizontally. Any chance to get horizontal window split working?

I'm also having trouble with this. I added the command for horizontal splitting based on the SplitVertical command, but I don't see a way to add the keybinding to the propriatery Emacs.vsk file.... Not sure what should be done in this case. Maybe make a separate keybinding file for the extra stuff?
