The readme should state how to change the colors

Great tool, thank you!! I think the readme does not state how to change the colors of the suggestions. I think the readme should include something to explain the color groups CopilotAnnotation and CopilotSuggestion. I had to adjust them, they were pretty badly configured in my color scheme, plus I like to control my colors usually :)

Thanks again for this awesome plugin and keep it going :)
