how to convert to animatedgif ?

• any suggestion on how to do that ?

• but from my understanding it suppose to have multiple images, is that correct ?

Yeah, I'm not sure off the top of my head of tools that will convert a filmstrip style image into an animated GIF... but you may be able to find a tool that will automagically cut the filmstrip PNG into its component images, and then you could feed those individuals as stills into a GIF creator?
