This works with #111, The default set of custom commands are somewhat opinionated to my administration of CadenceBot and our internal usage of it. While I have tried to make these commands somewhat inoffensive and generic in nature, to make it easier for people to configure the bot to their liking, not all of these commands should be loaded by default.
However, I would still like to preserve them and provide an example of them - So I think we should consider which do and do not belong in default-config, and move the ones that don't into an example-config.json that isn't actually loaded.
