Rewrite responses not 're-writing' full url srcs

The rewrite regex works perctly when the aref or src is '/' or '/images' changing to '/proxy-root/' and '/proxy-root/images/'.
But do not work with full url on href or src 'http://www.proxyeddomain.com'
